Open all year! Great Aurora Viewing!! Our 900sq ft luxurious upstairs studio suite is perfect for couples (or couple with a child) who love their privacy and freedom on their Alaskan Adventure. This modern suite has lots of windows with amazing views, a King Bed, a twin bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, dining area, sofa and the best private deck in the area.
This upstairs suite checks all the boxes; Modern living on the National Park Boundary, Washer/Dryer, well stocked kitchen, Reliable High Speed Internet with WIFI, Direct TV, Strong 5G Cell Service, Propane BBQ and Patio Furniture.
You will find the open floor plan extremely spacious and comfortable with spectacular views.
Our home is conveniently located 1/4 mile off The Parks Hwy and is a short 11-minute Drive to Denali National Parks only entrance road. You need a private vehicle to stay at our property; no local transportation or ride share are readily available. Our home is accessible by car year-round however we recommend 4-wheel drive in the winter. In the winter we provide receptacles to plug in your automobile.
Our house is located at the end of the road in a very quiet tiny subdivision and sits on a 2-acre bluff with amazing views. You will feel like you are living in the middle of nowhere yet you will have all the amenities of a modern home.
We regularly spot wildlife in our front and back yards. Our home is located in the "Healy" area 10-miles North of the Denali Park Entrance and it is where you want to stay; best park views, away from the congestion of the park entrance area (glitter gulch).
Our home is near everything; a 1-minute drive to the grocery/liquor store, 5-minute walk to Rose's Cafe or a 15-minute walk to the Totem Bar.
Most area activities are located within minutes of the house; flight seeing, rafting, horseback riding, guided hiking, golf, biking, ATV, Zip lining and more.
For larger groups there are 2-private suites attached to our home. Each of the Luxury Suites are completely private from the main house and each other. Each Suite has their own entrances, living areas, kitchens, decks, parking spaces, and washers and dryers. If you require more than 1 private unit, please message us.
My family and I are world travelers and love staying in Vacation Rentals for the unique experience. We understand you have high expectations for your Alaskan Adventure, and we strive to exceed those expectations. We pay attention to all the important details; super clean, well-stocked, and we answer the phone or your messages immediately.
We have lived in Denali for over 30 years and love the area. Please feel free to message us for advice. We have lots of area knowledge.
We always respect our guests' privacy. Two days prior to your arrival we will message you detailed directions and your personal key code for entry. You can check yourselves in anytime after 4pm. WIFI code is on the refrigerator.
We recommend you book your Denali National Park Shuttle or Tour Bus before you arrive, but all other area activities can booked once you have arrived so you can gauge the weather and get a feel of what your group wants to do.
On the kitchen counter you will find a basket with brochures of all our favorite things to do and places to eat in the area.
Please remember our house is right on the park boundary and a day spent enjoying the views and hiking out of the house can be extremely rewarding.

Please understand our booking and cancellation policies. You will be charged in full at the time of booking. You may cancel 60 days prior to your 1st night, and you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel within 60 days, there will be no refund!
We recommend purchasing 3rd Party travel insurance to protect your trip against travel delays and other unforeseen circumstances. Things like floods, snowstorms, car accidents and wildfires can shut down our highways in Alaska. We do not provide a refund for cancellations due to these unforeseen events, however, your relatively inexpensive travel insurance usually will.
