- THE FIXED CHARGES FOR WEEKLY RENTALS, are TWENTY FIVE EUROS (25€) per week in summer (May 1 to October 15), FIFTY EUROS (50€) per week in winter.
- THE FIXED CHARGES FOR NIGHTLY RENTALS (minimum 3 nights, out of season) are FIVE EUROS (5€) per night in summer (1st May to October 15), from TEN EUROS (10€) in winter.

- If necessary, the rental of sheets is possible: 25€ per set for the stay.
- If necessary, the rental of towels is possible: 15€ per set for the stay (1 bath towel, a towel, 1 glove).
- The accommodation must be returned clean as on arrival. If you need 2 to 3 hours of cleaning, the request is to be anticipated upon arrival (25€/hour for 2 hours minimum)
