The residence enjoys a wonderful location - close to the port of Saint-Martin, just 300 meters from the center of Cap d'Agde. Here you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The beautiful Richelieu beach is less than a km from here. You can stroll along the beautiful path or you can take the bus to the port.
You will appreciate the proximity of the lively quays of the port and many shops (5 minutes walk), and that of the Richelieu beach (5 minutes by car, free parking).
This studio is suitable for 2 persons and has an area of 28 m². The accommodation has an entrance, a living room furnished with two single beds, a kitchenette, a bathroom with WC and a balcony or a terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, electric coffeemaker, dinning corner and all the essential equipment. All the apartments are air-conditioned, have television and are equipped with garden furniture. There are blankets and pillows in the studio.
From the resort it is only a few steps to the center of Cap d'Agde. This is a lively seaside resort with a Mediterranean feeling and a host of events, sports and culture. There are a variety of hiking and biking trails along the various beaches. The beaches have fine white sand as well as rocks. The coast is very popular with divers. There is also a large water park here so you can have hours of fun swimming or going down the slide. Several cinemas, a casino, an amusement park and numerous sports facilities ensure that no one will be bored! Near Cap d'Agde there is the wonderful National Park de Haute Languedoc, the sea near Salagou and the valley of de L'Orb. Visits to the abbey of Fontcoude, the cheese caves of Roquefort, the caves of Demoiselles and Clamouse and Bouzigues with its oysters are also highly recommended. In short, an ideal tourist destination with something for everyone: an exciting active vacation or simply sun, beach and sea.

For nightlife: cinema, casino, Luna Park, leisure island area.
