Summary: Pros: cheap price, good location, nice rooftop pool, decent kitchen. Cons: owner “James” non-existent you deal with property manager with poor communication, bed too soft, pillows too hard, too much light comes through blinds at night, AC blows in your face while you sleep, back seating area not very nice. Overall get what you pay for.
