In a rural environment 5 minutes from the golf of Chantaco and less than 15 minutes from Saint Jean de Luz, superb Basque farmhouse of 350m2 fully restored combining comfort and modernity.
The charm of the original beams, the materials and colors chosen create a cozy and warm house, where to relax calmly between countryside and mountains.
The living room, bathed in light thanks to a huge glass roof and overlooking the outside will allow you to enjoy a relaxing view of the immense garden of the property, without any vis-à-vis.
You can sit around the large table in the dining room to enjoy the dishes prepared in the spacious equipped kitchen of the house.
For local products, head to the market of St Jean de Luz every day from 7am to 1pm.
Also on the ground floor, a TV lounge adjoining the living room, a games room for (older) children and independent toilets.
We go upstairs:
the master bedroom (bed 160) with its private bathroom (bath and shower)
two guest bedrooms (each with a bed of 160), which share a bathroom
two bedrooms (2 beds 80 each) and a bedroom (2 beds 80) share a bathroom with bath and shower.
Three separate toilets are located on the first floor.

Raise your head... and see the Basque mountains. Let yourself be tempted by a hike then come back to relax at the edge of the heated swimming pool (size: 14x5 and depth: 2,20m) and protected by shutter. (swimming pool not usable from October to April).
A terrace area with a large outdoor table will allow you to have your meals in the shade facing the garden.
Regarding parking, a large private car park in the house will allow you to park up to 5 vehicles.
The house can accommodate up to 10 travelers maximum.
