The space
Casa Atreyu is located in Surenna, a brand new private neighborhood in development far from the touristic noisy jam. Surrounded by the Mayan Jungle, the villa has surrounding walls for privacy and features the largest corner lot in the neighborhood with no immediate neighbors!
Free street parking is included as a mean of transportation is necessary. Entering the house a cozy open space concept dining/living room/kitchen welcomes you with local materials artisanal handcrafted furniture. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, air fryer, microwave, blender and coffee-maker will allow you to cook and enjoy delicious meals and our comfy living room with sofa. Smart TV and sound bar will relax you after a long beach day in company of your loved ones.
The living room oversees the lovely back yard patio with pool and tropical flora. There are three bedrooms in the villa: one downstairs with king size bed and two upstairs, one with king size bed and one with two queen size beds. All the bedrooms have wardrobes, AC, ceiling fans, full body length mirrors and private bathrooms. To complete the home, the second-floor terrace features a romantic scenery with BBQ and a small dining area.

We will send you instructions for the check in the day before the arrival, we will be there to welcome you and show you the home. The villa is completely private and for your exclusive use. Please note there is constructions in the area that might be causing noise and unpaved roads. The home is surrounded by a thick wall for extra privacy and comfort.
