Villa Olea is a wonderful house with a dominant view over the village of Roquebrun, one of the most beautiful villages in the Hérault. You have a magnificent view over the valley, the vineyards, the picturesque village. The large garden is planted with fig, olive, mimosa, lavender and other typically Mediterranean plants.
Through the veranda you access the front door and hall which distribute the different rooms. Very pleasant layout of the large living room with French doors to the veranda. If the temperatures are not very hot, you can still enjoy the sun, installed in the veranda!
Nice dining room with wooden table and chairs.
From the separate kitchen you access a covered terrace at the back of the house with an additional fridge. In strong heat, you can take the meal under the big pine.
The house has three bedrooms, three shower / bath rooms, three toilets.
Spacious terrace around the swimming pool with sun loungers and garden furniture. Solar shower, large stone barbecue and blue stone sink available. Enough space to park cars.
You can take fantastic walks in this part of Haut Languedoc and enjoy the flora and fauna. The center of the village, with its river, can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. There are: baker, restaurants, bar, bookseller, tourist office, wine cellars, kanoe kayak base, etc.
