The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a center work island and a kitchen counter bar that sits 5. An elegant dining room right off the kitchen has a beautiful view of the backyard patio, private swimming pool and a view of the Puerto Aventuras golf course. The living room/TV room has lots of seating space for all your traveling group to gather. The spacious living room is also facing the beautiful back yard/pool area. There is a full bathroom on the main floor and a main floor bedroom with a king size bed. It has its own balcony facing the courtyard.
