3. No late check-out is possible unless approved by the host and will be subject to charge.
4. In case of dishonoring the agreed check-out time, the guest will automatically be fined an additional night based on Airbnb pricing.
5. Each property has a maximum occupancy. Unregistered guests/visitors are not allowed to stay/access the apartment.
6. No smoking/vaping inside the property. Failure to comply will be subject to AED 1500 fine.

10. Observance of the quiet hours starting from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

12. Excessive dirt or stains will be subject to charge.
13. Loss of any Apartment keys, access cards, or parking remotes is subject to a charge of AED 300.
14. Failure to comply with the House Rules set by the host and community management will result in forced eviction from the property and additional charges.
