Lovely duplex located on the 2nd floor of a typical Touquettoise villa from the 1930s.
The duplex consists of:
- a living-dining room opening onto a small south-facing balcony.
- a fully equipped independent kitchen, with a bar area communicating with the living room
- two bedrooms overlooking the garden and courtyard on the main floor. Each bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm double bed and a chest of drawers
- a third bedroom on the mezzanine overlooking on one side a garden and courtyard and the other on the living room. This room has 2 single beds of 90 cm.
- a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The location is ideal: our street is very quiet while being less than 2 minutes walk from St Jean street and its shops, the beach and Aqualud, or the Palais des Congrès and the casino .

If desired, we can provide bed linen - duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillowcase - (12 € for a double bed, 10 € for a single bed).
In this case, beds will be made upon arrival.
Please note, we do not provide towels.
