Located in the Montrose Historic District, this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has a luxurious interior, private back yard, and is located just a short walk from the sandy beach on Mobile Bay. Catch some rays on the back deck or head down to the neighborhood beach for cocktails at sunset on Mobile Bay. It's a short drive down Main Street to Fairhope for world-class shopping, dining, and events like Mardi Gras parades and concerts.
★This home is beautiful, clean and within walking distance to the bay with amazing views of the sunrise and sunset and Dave could not have been a more attentive host. All I can say is WOW!!!! Everything was so perfect; the house was gorgeous and so clean. Dave was accommodating and attentive and very helpful. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it. Location is great, very close to Fairhope and Daphne and a 50 min drive to the beaches!!! You won’t be disappointed.★

The sunset view from the Bay was so pretty and it was a very short walk from the house. We did also have to work while we were there and the internet was great and the office convenient. The beds were insanely comfortable, the bedding was clean, and the air conditioning was excellent in 100 degree heat. The best part was the quick 60 second drive to the bay (you could walk, but we drove). Our children had so much fun each night at the bay."★
This modern, stylish home has a full kitchen, living room, dining room, office, half bath, laundry room and master suite with full bath on the first floor. Upstairs you’ll find three more private bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. The driveway in front of our home has parking for up to four cars, and there’s a private back deck and well kept yard that backs up to Red Gulley, a spring fed stream flowing into Mobile Bay, which is less than a block from our home. Each bedroom has large closets, a television, and windows to let in natural light.

Guests have access to our entire home, with the exception of two closets and the garage.
Other things to note
Two steps up are required to get into the home’s first floor. Our home is a short walk to the neighborhood beach access on Mobile Bay, which is a must see spot for sunsets!
And the back yard drops off into Red Gulley behind the house, so be careful!
