Located on the ground floor of a antique private hotel of the 19th century, this luxurious apartment underwent a refurbishment for one year. The Versailles style timber flooring, the marble fireplaces and the frames of the walls and ceilings were restored in the classic style of the time. Comparable to a small palace, typically Parisian, this charming apartment has a living room of 60m² connected to a 40m² dining room that has a table for 8 people. It is a 230m² apartment that can accommodate comfortably 10. From the living and dining rooms, you can enjoy the view of Wagram Avenue. Thanks to the large windows and the right foot of 4 meters and a half, the rooms have a great ventilation and lighting.
There are three suites. The first master suite has a king size double bed (180x200), closet and toilet. Inside the closet there is a staircase leading to a spacious bathroom with two sinks, tub and shower. The other suites have double bed (140x200 and 160x200) and bathroom with shower and sink. The toilet for these two bedrooms is located in the TV room, on the floor below. In this same room there is a sofa bed (130x190) and two single beds (on request).
