Semi-detached gite, completely refurbished in 2014 in an old silkworm store, comprising living room-kitchen, oven, mo, espresso machine, dishwasher, fridge + freezer compartment, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, shower room ( shower, separate wc, 2 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed + 2 90 cm beds), fireplace, central heating, enclosed grounds of 1000 m2, private swimming pool to be shared with the owners (10 x 5 m) open from May to September, barbecue , wood oven, parking, cleaning option.

Situation:
The Mas du Parterre (former silkworm farm, silkworm breeding) is located in the first foothills of the Cévennes, between Mont Aigoual and the Mediterranean, it has kept all its authenticity. The cottage is located in the village of Pompignan (900 inhabitants), 35 minutes from Nîmes and Montpellier. The gîte is surrounded by vineyards and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. In the countryside, it offers calm, serenity and is an ideal starting point for visiting the region. Very rich in exceptional sites (Gorges de la Vis, Cirque de Navacelles, Grotte des Demoiselles ...), local products, with generous gastronomy, high quality wines. This region, with a strong personality, will seduce you. The cottage we offer is very bright with views of the village and the countryside. Very well located geographically, between mountain and sea, it gives access to the Cévennes, Garrigues and Plaine-Camargue. Many hikes.
In Pompignan you will find a bakery and a bar, and in St Hippolyte du fort (9km) all the necessary shops, with a supermarket.
