Summary: We had a great stay at Palladium, staf is very friendly, our concierge Cielo and Karen were the best, they texted us every morning when they came at work if we needed anything and also again before leaving work. The food is the best on the buffets, you could find anything, delicious fresh food. The alacarte restaurants were amazing, just make sure you book ahead. We did try 7 of them and the favorite was La Adelita. The cleaning crew everyday cleaned our room and also left wine and deserts for us at the room. From all our other Mexico vacations thus at Palladium was the best, except the fact that we could not enjoy the sea because of seaweed.
