Positive: My room was very clean and quiet. Dated decor and furniture but great air conditioning, shower and the pool looked great too. A short walk from the bus station and some restaurants.

Negative: Furniture and decor need updating. Area at night a bit rough. Pool open til 8:00 pm.

Summary: Good option for a short stay downtown Cancun
