Summary: Check in was very welcoming & parking was easy. Unfortunately when we returned late in the evening & the reception was closed, we found that the aircon didn’t work at all in the room & it was uncomfortably warm overnight resulting in a bad sleep. We mentioned this on check out to the members of staff but they didn’t seem at all concerned, which sadly tainted our stay. That was a shame as everything else was good, but we wouldn’t stay here again as aircon was definitely needed & we wouldn’t want to risk being in the same position again.
