The accommodation is composed as follows :

On the 1st floor
- A living room of 54 m² with TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and sofa
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A living room with dining area with furniture dating back to the Napoleon III period

On the mezzanine
- A space of 12 m² with a sofa bed for 2 persons
- A bathroom with bath, shower and double basin

On the 2nd floor
- Room 1 : a double room of 12 m² with a balcony overlooking the historic village, furnished with an old ardéchois wardrobe
- Room 2 : a 16 m² room with 2 twin beds and wardrobe
- A separate WC

Exterior :
- A terrace of 45 m² facing south with direct access from the kitchen/living room, fully tiled with hard barbecue, hood, outdoor living room, parasol and lighting ideal for eating cool.
- A separate toilet.

The house is ideally located in Ruoms, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from the proximity of
of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
