Built on a plot of 1850 m² fully landscaped and equipped with a private swimming pool and a ground of ball, and a ground receiving a table football and a ping-pong table. This villa can accommodate up to 15 people.
The different levels distribute over 6 bedrooms, 5 with double beds and 1 with bunk beds + pull-out bed, and 4 bathrooms.
On the garden level, a game room with billiards and TV, has an additional sofa bed.
On the ground floor, a large entrance hall leads to the living room of 60 m² and to the kitchen. Each of these two rooms gives access to outdoor terraces, the largest of which is bordered by a summer kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue while the other, well shaded, becomes summer, the favorite of lovers of cards and darts.
The area, for its part, offers residents free access to 3 tennis courts, 1 volleyball court, a large pétanque court, mini-golf, a large aquatic complex, and for lovers of the sea, access direct to a private cove and the famous coastal path that leads from Bandol to St Cyr.
