Old mill dating from before the French Revolution and appearing on the map of Cassini, it has been renovated to become a main residence and now a holiday resort. The house is planted in the rock along the creek Sandron. The place is particularly pleasant, keeps the cool summer and is located in a quiet area (despite the campsite on the other side of the stream).
It offers 6 beds, in two separate rooms upstairs, and a sleeping area on the ground floor, next to the reading area. You can rest in a large living room from which we hear the creek flowing slowly. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher) and it will be just as pleasant to enjoy the outdoors.
In the morning, enjoy the calm and clarity of the water to go for a swim in the stream. The place allows rest, it is intended for holidays with family or friends! We lived there for many years and were happy! the setting is ideal and and is highly appreciated by passersby! we made sure that the openings allow you a direct dive into the nature.
It is possible to spend a holiday without moving but it is also possible to explore the region because we are located in a central area between the Ardèche mountain (Mount Gerbier de Joncs, lakes, volcanoes) and southern Ardèche (Ruoms, Vallon Pont d'Arc, Grotte Chauvet) for a little car, of course! Cycling, hiking, strolling the markets of Vals les Bains or Aubenas and enjoy the scents almost Provençal!
