Summary: To start with the staff (Tom and Kat) were outstanding. They did everything they could to make the staff excellent. The property is desperately in need of upgrades. The swimming pool was closed and needing repairs. The ice machine, ice chest, and water fountain were all out of order. Both elevators in the main building need repairs, one would not even allow you to go up to the 3rd floor where our room was located. Carpet needs to be replaced, wall paper is coming off the walls, doors both interior and exterior are needing repair, safety locks on the room doors are missing parts of the latch to lock them, smoke detectors were on the floor and in drawers in the bedroom and the kitchen. Finally, when I book this hotel in May the website listed breakfast was included, when we went to the lobby they did have a nice breakfast area, but the sign was covered up and breakfast is no longer offered. Again GREAT STAFF but their hands are tied when trying to help guest.
