Summary: Hotel room was not value for money! Diamond Swim Out was a joke! silly little slip of water facing the bushes, there is nothing swim out about it. Do not pay the extra money for this as it was a waste of money! The water was dirty also! we had to remind them daily to put basics in the room like slippers and snacks for the mini bar. It's not clear what exactly you are paying for. Food at the hotel is just OK. they ran out of many things on a daily basis and didn't replenish for a couple of days. Ice cream, ham, mushrooms, basic items. Also be prepared to pay $130 return to and from the hotel in a taxi! it's a 15-minute trip so not sure why it's so expensive. why doesn't the resort have shuttles to collect and return their guests. also, the beach was gross. I saw 2 people on the beach the whole week. The ocean was brown and loaded with awful seaweed. no mention of this from the hotel.
