Summary: Pros: Spacious room, clean bedding and towels, plenty of hot water, nice view of beautiful large trees, easy check-in and friendly staff. Cons: All three chairs available in our room were broken and unsafe to use…even though we addressed this with front lobby, laminate room floor was dirty…my white socks were covered with bits of hair, lint, dirt from outside, low toilet and toilet seat was loose, TV did not work well AND, very important…free breakfast was non-existent. Hotels.com should update the amenities listed for this hotel.
