Classic Nantucket beach cottage in Surfside, enjoy being 2 blocks from one of Nantuckets best beaches. Home features 4 bedrooms and a large manicured yard for relaxing with plenty of privacy. Yard is fully fenced in for those that like to travel with dogs.
First Floor- Enter into a light-filled living room with beamed ceiling and brick fireplace that create charm and welcoming tone of this space. To the left is the dining area and galley kitchen with everything you need to bbq or make a gourmet meal. Living room opens up to a large deck with dining area, gas grill and yard perfect to play games and bbq. To the right of the living room are two bedrooms. The first has a queen-sized built-in bed with tv and views of the garden. The second bedroom has a twin bed. First floor bath has a walk in shower, there is also an outdoor shower on the side of the back porch.
