This 1930s bungalow features all original shiplap and hardwood floors, teardrop siding, and a beautifully landscaped yard with shared heated plunge pool, shaded by the canopy of an old-growth elm tree. Completely renovated and equipped with all modern comforts, this 2-story house offers 2 bedrooms, 3 beds and 2 bathrooms, a dedicated work space with a monitor and keyboard/mouse set up, reading nook, and a spacious loft for kids and adults to enjoy. The house sleeps 5 adult guests but does have ample room for kiddos in the loft
HOUSE #2
The 2-story house offers 2 bedrooms, 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, each on its own floor for added privacy. Stretch out in the spacious living room, bathed in light from the 3 huge sliding glass doors. Enjoy the well-appointed kitchen and outside patio for your meals. The house sleeps 4 adult guests with plenty of space to spread out.
The great thing about East Austin is it's a neighborhood that's close to everything, but with a great neighborhood comes neighbors! We have strict quiet hours outside from 10pm - 7am each night. This is THE place to have fun but please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise at a reasonable volume while outside. Noise levels are monitored by Minut to prevent loud parties, damage to our property and noise complaints from neighbors. Come to have fun but please be respectful of our neighbors and our property during your stay.
A signed rental agreement is required in order to complete your reservation and must be processed no later than seven days after you book your stay. A $300 security deposit is required to be held prior to check-in and will be released five days after departure.
The pool can be heated by request during our cooler months between Oct - May.
This property is non-smoking. Guests that smoke inside (including vaping) will be charged a $500 cleaning fee and will be responsible for replacing any items damaged by smoke and cigarettes.
There is space for cars in the driveway, street parking available directly in front of property and plenty of open street parking nearby.
