Our Villa Rae guest house is the perfect getaway to escape the crowds and discover peace and tranquility. Perfect for singles or couples traveling to the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands for business or pleasure and only 10mins walk to our pristine white sandy beaches where there are many water sports activities.
This unique 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom guest house is conveniently located 5-8 mins drive to the Gourmet Supermarket, local pharmacies, Grace Bay shopping strip & beach, resorts and restaurants.
Villa Rae is fully equipped with all standard appliances, dishware, cookware, bed linens, towels, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer. Two smart HD TV’s, drinking water, coffee, tea, WiFi, Sonos sound system and apps like Youtude and live TV are also included for your enjoyment.
There is 1 queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the small living room area space to comfortably accommodate 3 persons.
Beach towels, fold-up beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler are in the house for beach days out.
Property has backyard furnitures with fire pit which is perfect to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.
