We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. Cats and other animals not allowed.
- We have one dedicated covered parking spot for a small SUV available. The parking spot will not fit large SUVs. Street parking is available in a couple of blocks radius for larger vehicles.
- You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories.
- There are security cameras at the perimeter of house. There are no cameras inside the house.
- Please take shoes off at the entrance.
- No access to mailbox: Please receive all keys at your doorstep.
