In a quiet and family residence, feet in the water of the gulf of Porto Vecchio on the mountainside, with sandy beach, swimming pools and tennis our villa awaits you.
At 6 km from the center of Porto-Vecchio, on the southern shore of the gulf, the villa is located in the residence of the Marin Village which includes:
- two pools + 1 children's pool
- a tennis court
- a garden with trees
- a sandy beach
Ideal for a family of 6, our villa can nevertheless accommodate up to 8 people using the sofa bed of the living room. The villa, on two levels, is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- An entrance with stairs giving access to the floor,
- A separate toilet with washbasin,
- A living room with kitchenette, overlooking a covered terrace with barbecue (sea view), with sofa bed (2 people), flat screen TV, CD radio ... (the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, ceramic cooking hobs...)
- A room with terrace access, a wardrobe, two bedside tables, with 2 twin beds 90 (2 x 1 person) and a loft bed 140 (2 people).
Upstairs :
- A corridor with wardrobe,
- A room with access to a terrace (sea view), with a bed 140 (2 people), 2 bedside tables.
- A bathroom with toilet and washing machine.

Sandy beach, tennis and swimming pool of the residence.
Palombaggia beach 7 km, the center of Porto-Vecchio 6 kms.
Linen not included, possibility to rent.

Obligatory cleaning fee = 50 Euros in addition to the rent price.
Possibility to rent by weekend or half-week outside mid-June, mid-September.
Weekly prices correspond to 7 nights (period from ... 16:00 to ... 10:00 am).
