Master bedroom with king bed is on the 2nd floor. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and twin. Bedroom #3 has 3 twin beds. Both bedrooms are on the lower level and connected with a Jack and Jill bathroom. Both floors and massive covered deck have amazing views of the blue-green ocean and canal. Enjoy grilling your fresh-catch or various gourmet meals on the BBQ grill as you watch the amazing sunsets. Deck will accommodate a party of 8. There are 4 bicycles for your use.
The Brand New 75 ' deep dock has 50 amp power, boats up to 100 feet and 12th draft.
