New furniture, 1 queen size bed per room. Sleeps 3 in one room, 2 in the other. Brand new flooring, cooking utensils(pots,pans,etc). Dining area for family. Free Wifi, TVs around the entire home(Bedrooms, living room). Free parking. Enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay.

Summary: Needed a place for the weekend while in town for work and home rental hunting. Gave us a good idea of what we are looking for in a place to rent in Chattanooga TN. Clean, spacious, only thing we needed was a cutting board, but we made do. Didn't use the loft, but looking at the condition of the ladder it looked somewhat unsafe at the top. Just a little food for thought. Overall it was a great place to stay!
