Welcome to our dream home on Lake Keowee! Built in 2017, this gorgeous home sits in a small, secluded gated community on the southern part of the lake. The property offers 180° views from every room, with the cove behind us serving as a natural preserve. To the left, two uninhabited islands stretch for ½ mile, connected by sandbars and home to local beavers and otters. The right side of the cove is protected state park property.
Your 300+ feet of private waterfront begins just 50 feet from the house, with an easy grade down to a flat backyard featuring 3,000 sq ft of landscaped recreation areas.
