Range, five HD flat-screen TVs, all Roku equipped, Broadband Wi-Fi, 275 sq. ft. deck & separate screened 3 season porch, Charcoal grill (Memorial Day through Columbus Day). Hiking & Nordic skiing trails on our 16-acre family conservation easement are accessible directly from the property w/o driving. Home includes first-floor bedroom w/ ADA compliant exterior entrance ramp & customized bathroom & shower. Very family friendly; full-size crib, pack-n-play, high chairs, games & puzzles for all ages. Note: There is a security camera on the driveway as we are set back from the road and nicely secluded, but unfortunately, our online calendar tells the world when the house is vulnerable!
