Positive: Very friendly owner with good English. Nice airy room with large (superking?) comfy bed. Ambient feel with pretty, rural location just outside village. (Not much open foodwise in village at the beginning of October but the Mas des Druilles owner said there was a pizza restaurant in the village a short walk down the hill. We thought OMG frozen pizza time but it turned out to be excellent! Best pizza in ages!)

Negative: Not a dislike but the Mas des Druilles sign was very discreet and if we hadn't programmed in the (unreliable) satnav we could have missed it. Shared table at breakfast with other chatty guests - if I'm honest I'm not great at small talk whilst I'm eating my breakfast, so would have preferred a separate table and a simple, cheery, "Bonjour"

Summary: A very nice room, friendly owners, well located for a visit to the Bambouseraie 2km away.
