10 Fair Street is one of the best locations in Newport. You are a five minute walk to famous landmarks such as Bannisters and Bowens Wharf, Trinity and St. Mary’s Church and The Black Pearl Restaurant. Having recently undergone a renovation, the entire building is bright and airy with beautiful bathrooms. There is a private deck off of the back unit which overlooks Memorial Blvd. This is the perfect space for a large group who wants to be together, but also wants to enjoy the privacy of individual spaces.
