The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with access via an external staircase (see photos), no elevator. It consists of :
2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm);
1 fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine);
1 bathroom with bathtub;
1 bright living room with a convertible sofa (145x200 cm).
