A romantic master suite with a large jacuzzi tub and a balcony that overlooks the canal is upstairs, and private. The two downstairs bedrooms are spacious and inviting, replete with a skylight.
110 feet of bulkhead for parking your boat. Just 45 minutes from NYC and 15 minutes from Jones Beach. Walkable to restaurants, parks, playgrounds, and the Long Island Railroad. Driveway and street parking available.
Things to note:
We do have a tenant that lives full-time in a detached apartment, who also helps us maintain the property. The right side yard with playground is her property. Not for VRBO use. She does have two small dogs.
