STUDIO - Brand new separate structure with own bath, outdoor shower, and covered porch. This 12x20 structure has wifi, TV and full bath with sleeping loft. Queen sized bed on ground floor with 2 twins in the loft. Perfect for teenage kids, nanny or additional couple.
SHED/OFFICE- Also brand new 8x10 structure that is separate from the cottage and studio, fully wired with wifi - perfect spot to get some work done with privacy.
Walk down to your own private sandy beach which is great for kids, swimming, collecting shells, sailing and boating. Hop on your boat (a boat mooring is available for your use - bring your boat or rent one!) to town, Coatue, or wherever the day brings. Walk across the street to a semi-private path to the Atlantic ocean. The property is also located just 3 houses south (50 yards) of the Wauwinet Inn, which boasts award-winning fine dining, a bar, and spa and tennis facilities.
