Summary: While the hotel staff were very accommodating, I encountered some issues during my stay. I had contacted the hotel a month prior to inquire about their spa services and made a booking well in advance. Unfortunately, I was informed just two days before my trip that the spa would not be available. Additionally, I arranged for a private photographer for a photoshoot at the venue. To my surprise, I was suddenly informed of a 1.7 million IDR fee for using the space, despite the fact that I was already a paying guest. In my experience with several five-star hotels, I have never been asked to pay an extra charge for taking photos on the premises.
